parentcustomerid no connection to account-table

Hello everybody,

in the "contacts" table i want to use the column "parentcustomerid", which is normaly able to connect to a "contact" or "account".

But in my case, there is only the possibility to choose a "contact", "account" has dissappeared completely. It is possible to create the link, if I go into the "account"-record and connect to "contact", but not the other way around. Neither search nor advanced lookup work.

In other environments of the same tennant, everything works as it should.

There is nor prefiltering via Jscript enabled. Even if I try to: 

formContext.getControl('parentcustomerid').setEntityTypes(['account']);
then I get the error: UciError: Invalid value account for entityType

    Hi bellideus,

    As you say, you could select accounts or contacts in this field by default. Please make sure you don't add any plugin or JS script to this field.  If so, this could be a bug, you would better to raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.
