Hello fellow Dynamic people :-)
I have been tasked with creating a power automate flow (Of which I am pretty new to) to send out an e-mail to a relevant customer, based on some fields being populated, or set to a certain value.
That part is working perfectly, but where I am struggling is with actually getting the e-mail to send from the queue - getting it to send from the owner of the case for example is easy enough, so am asking the wise people on here if they have any ideas or suggestions.
I've currently created an unbound action, and populated it as follows:
The Template ID being called from a variable I set earlier in the flow seems to work perfectly.
The Owner (Value) at the top for number 1 is: triggerOutputs()?['body/_ownerid_value']
And body_po_curr... for number 2 is: outputs('Get_a_row)?['body']?['_po_currentowner_value']
We then plan to use a bound action to actually send the e-mail, which it looks like should work, but not sure if we are missing a trick, obvious or otherwise, as to how to get the queue e-mail address )Which is approved and activated) to send the actual e-mail out.
Thanks
Dan
