Can yous share which app is this?
It's Customer service center
Can you check and verify in App Designer if the Article Content Quick view form is selected? I have seen this issue and fixed this by changing these setting but I am not exactly sure which one I selected :(
Setting >> My Apps >> {Select your App} >> {click 3 dots} >> Open in Designer >> perform your changes >> Save, Publish & then Play.
