question on creating a MS ticket

Hi Experts,

I need to open a MS ticket, and it has been some time since I did this. It seems there are some changes in the admin center. After clicking the New support request button, it shows the page below. I was expecting a window asking about which database, choose a support plan, issue summary etc. Did I miss something? Thanks

I found the answer, I need access to the customer list, when I could create a ticket there.

Hi, I remember that submitting SR in Partner Center also needs to be submitted from the customer list.
