Hi. On Business Central, is there a way to stop timesheets being completed prior to 31/03/2022? Our financial year started on the 01/04/2022 and i now want to stop timesheets being completed and submitted for approval prior to 31/03/2022.

There is no way by standard but there is a workaround using security filter refer below
So put a filter to disable editing if the start date is last week and today date - start date > 7 days

With standard system it is not possible. you need to go for customization where you can link with allow posting from and to on user setup and add a validation. system will check user setup -> allow posting date and system will stop user if the date for which user is updating a timesheet is not in range.
