Hello,
I want to know can we develop customized application on top of Microsoft Dynamics GP and sell them to our clients. Is it possible or its against the Microsoft License.

Hi Gopal - no, this is not against the Microsoft Licence, depending on what you want to do.
You have many options to develop additional modules for GP - but it depends on exactly what you want to achieve.
I guess, your first option is to use Dexterity to create custom applications.
You also have .net, VBA, SQL and for integrations, eConnect.
The client may be required to utilise light user lcences for modules that access GP tables / interface.
Its a hard question to answer without knowing your intention. As always, contacting Microsoft to get the lowdown on the legal aspects of what you want to do would be a first step.
