Cannot add new items

Hi,

I imported table item from a excel file, I was able to run POS with the new import. I just found out I was not able to add any item. I got error Cannot insert value NULL to column 'Binlocation' . It seems like try to insert NULL to empty fields. Please help.

Thank you for your question.

How did you import the data from Excel? And are you trying to import the data into Headquarters or Store Operations?

Please note that we only support importing information into Store Operations using the Import Utility that we provide:

mbs.microsoft.com/.../RMS_SO_ImportUtility

I believe that Retail Realm may offer an import utility for Headquarters, and you can contact them at http://www.rrdisti.com/ to confirm this.
