Need someone to present the process of case creation in Lifecycle Service (LCS) to the customer.

  • The customer admin doesn't know how to raise a support ticket in LCS, and requests someone to demonstrate the support ticket creation process. Who can demonstrate the process to the customer?
  • He doesn't even know whether he has the access to raise a support ticket in LCS and how to get that access. Who can clarify how to check the access and grant the access?

    Ask the customer. They should now who implemented Dynamics for them and who (hopefully) is maintaining it by installing updates etc.

    Hey!

    Customer might be able to use LCS and follow the public documentation on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/lifecycle-services/cloud-powered-support-lcs.  However, as you stated, they might have issues with access/permissions on doing it.  IF the admin is an azure/Microsoft365 admin, they woudl be entitled to access admin.powerplatform.com and open a support request from there as well.  This is documented on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support
