Correct/Cancel buttons unavailable

Hi all,

I was trying to correct a posted sales invoice following the steps in the link below:

However, on my NAV I don't see to be able to see the Correct and Cancel buttons in my ribbon.

I have tried to add these buttons in from the customize ribbon option but it does not seem to appear.

After i click on "ok", the button still does not turn out and the following appears.

Appreciate any help provided.

    ‘Correct’ - This feature is very limited and do not allow ‘Correct’ actions if your ‘posted invoice’ has been create as part of posting ‘Sales Order’.

    You could correct ‘posted invoice’ that has been create as part of posting ‘Sales Invoice’.

    Do not use Cancel/Correct feature at all.

    Use standard/old way with Sales Credit Memo / Sales Return Order.

    From the code history I even see that DEV team remove (not visible) Cancel/Correct feature for on-prem version.

    Looks like Cancel/Correct is only to be available in SaaS.

    These action is only for SaaS version.
