Credit Card Not printing out slip Only On Amex

I have Microsoft RMS running ON a win7 64 bit machine, and only when you run a American Express card its not printing any credit card slip, or reporting to the system that a sale was made. But when you log into the portal to check and see if the card went threw, it show that the transaction went threw, and charges the customers card. They are processing threw T-gate. Any help would be greatly apprecated

    Do you know if bridge pay has a website, where I can download thes type of patches, the guy that used to do this, moved on

    sounds like a problem with the integration between T-Gate addon and RMS.  

    You might need an update on the software addon.  I believe is now Paylink by Bridgepay.

    on another note.  I would make sure their bridgepay account is setup for auto settle/batch at the end of the night.

    Additional info: When you run a AMEX, you will get a error message" Violation Error 323 An invalid credit card number was detected" right after the approval code pop up. whole transaction was gone and you cannot find it anywhere
