Static Value Order Change for Bank Transaction Entry

When I go to Finance -> Bank Transaction Entry, 'Check' is a default selection. But, since I literally use 'Withdrawal' only, I would like to make 'Withdrawal' as a default instead of 'Check,' which means putting 'Withdrawal' on the top of the drop down list. Does anybody know how to do it?

    I think your only option for this is some vba code over the top of the window.  I am not an expert so will not try and tell you how to do it.  Someone else may be able to contribute on that.
