Hi All,
Can you please advice on the following:
I have a workflow that sends an email with a hyperlink which takes the user to certain videos on YouTube. I would like to have some statistics around that if possible.
For example, is there a way to see if that user clicked on the Link in the email etc
I would love to have that info stored in CRM and possibly generate reports for my client.
