HI Experts,

Good Day ! Could you guys please help me out in this:

Where could I find the  Amount Including VAT value shown on Sales Statistics (F9). I have checked all backed tables and forms but the field is an array which does not hold any value in table level. It just calculate based on sales line value and update the Amount Including VAT.

Could you please suggest how could i get the calculated value shown in sales statistics form. Thanks in advance.Sales-Statistic.png

There are multiple ways of retrieving that information. The simplest is summing up the values of the field 30 "Amount Including VAT" from the Sales Line table, for all of the records related to that particular sales document. There's also a flow field 61 "Amount Including VAT" on the Sales Header table, that does exactly the same thing.

But, please bear in mind that this will give you the total amount for the entire document, not just for the lines that are yet to be invoiced or shipped.

     Here's a simplified formula:
Suppose you have an order with the following details:
    • Net Total 1000$
    • VAT Rate 10%
Calculate VAT for each line item:
       VAT amount = $1000 * 0.10 = $100

      Sum up VAT amounts:
      Total VAT Amount = $100

    1.   Add VAT to Net Total:
        Total Amount Including VAT = $1000 + $100 = $1100
