Applying SP5 to GP10 in prep to move to GP2013. Dynamics upgrades without error, but when the companies are shown with the check boxes, one company has lock icon beside it. This company does not exist in SY01500 nor is there a database that corresponds to it in SQL.
Prior folks have had hold of the system, so not sure of what the history is. Assume that there is some sort of old record out there in a DU table. Would running the clear company script prior to applying the SP fix this situation? Would there be a problem in applying the SP even with this lock icon on the non-existent company?
Thoughts would be appreciated.
