Internet explorer script errors

I have just recently bought microsoft dynamics CRM,

I have just over 30 users on it through citrix with CRM intregrated into outlook 2003

 

2 of the 30 users whenever they click on anything in crm they get internet explorer script errors

i have installed roll up 1 and roll up 2 neither of these have made any difference

 

here is the error below:

    found the problem CRM doesnt work with roaming profiles
