MS dynamics Business process flow

Hello,

so I created a business process flow and add some steps to be displayed on a stage, but  the same field now appears both on the business flow steps and general section 

how do I remove the  fields from the business process flow steps and make appear only on the general section

    Hi ,

    Go to settings -> customization-> go to  customize the system or  solutions ->  Expand solutions components-> select process -> find which business process flow you want to remove fields.

    Open BPF and then remove the fields which you want.

    AFAIK, If a field is a part of step in a business process flow stage then it will appear in BPF stage and this seems to be a OOB feature. If you do not need that field in process then remove the step which contains that field and it will disappear from stage.

    If you still need the field in process and want to optionally hide it, then use the below script

    Xrm.Page.getControl("header_process_<field logical name>").setVisible(false);
