Voip Integration

I am looking to take on Dynamics as the CRM for my firm. I currently use another solution. I am keen to know if Dynamics supports HTTP APIs. I have a VOIP phone system (hosted pbx) that hooks into my current solution so that when I click the hyperlink for a clients phone number it automatically dials the number for me using my office phone. Any feedback on Dynamics Online's ability to do this (beyond Skype or Lync) would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi CSR,

Yes, Dynamics CRM supports HTTP APIs. I did manage to integrate Dynamics CRM with Avaya Systems for one of my projects.

I used a new Ribbon button called "Click to Call" to initiate phone call to the destination number. Also created a Phone Call activity to track down the communication.

Any concern, please do let us know.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

    Hi,

If in case you're still looking for a solution, I would recommend checking out Callinize (currently re branded as Tenfold). They offer the click to dial feature that turns the phone numbers in your CRM into a hyperlink, and then you just click on it and your phone system will automatically dial that number. There are a lot of other features Tenfold offers, some of them are call pop ups, automatic call logging, easy note taking and task creation and advanced analytics on the backend.

    Hi

Tenfold is a great CTI option to look into since it not only integrates well with Salesforce and pretty much any VOIP system, but also offers features like screen pop ups. It's also very easy to set up. Here's a link to their integrations www.tenfold.com/.../voiplogic

You can buy it from CallHippo, as they provide VoIP with CRM integration facilities and that too in reasonable price- callhippo.com/virtual-phone-system-crm-integrations

I have made a choice for myself for a long time that I have never regretted - this is Mightycall. The service is convenient with detailed statistics, the ability to quickly manage the quality of customer service, as well as the ability to quickly form queues of incoming and outgoing calls, and extensive integration capabilities. I recommend it to everyone, believe me, this is the best solution
