After installing VHD FinandOps10.0.41 in my local HyperV environment, I get the following error message when printing reports/forms:
Unable to find the certificate with the given thumbprint. Please use the thumbprint of an existing trusted certificate to get security token.. isLocalMode: False; useReportingCluster: False; thumbPrint: BD48DF1348A600762E917DDC047BE1389757BF73; currentProcess: ReportingServicesService

Who can help, otherwise the application works

    Hello,

This seems to be a known bug, as I have not myself deployed version 41 VHD yet.

    Try to generate self-signed certificates.

The setup script with local admin has already been executed, otherwise the VHD would not be able to start the application. The application was also registered in Azure and the setup was carried out with the application ID.

I would like to point out again that this is a Hyper V installation on a notebook

    Hi All.
I'm facing the same issue. Has anyone solved the issue?

If you have access, Microsoft acknowledged this as an issue with the 10.0.41 VHD in https://www.yammer.com/dynamicsaxfeedbackprograms/#/Threads/show?threadId=3142797331914752

Contact Microsoft support, they can provide you with a workaround for the issue when you refer them to this link.

    cd cert:\LocalMachine\My ls | Select-Object NotAfter,Thumbprint,Subject | Where-Object -Property Subject -like "CN=cloud.onebox.dynamics.com" | Sort-Object -Property Subject,NotAfter

Open the reporting config file located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\SSRS\ReportServer\bin\ReportPVMConfiguration.xml in a text editor

Replace text BD48DF1348A600762E917DDC047BE1389757BF73 to B11AF86B8909EFC440A366F6BA96E9E39E519A1E and save.

    SSRS reports should now work
