Microsoft CRM 2011 On-Premises License and SQL Server 2008

When somebody purchases a Microsoft CRM license (e.g. CRM 2011).

Does this license come with an install license for SQL Server 2008, or does this require a separate purchase of a SQL 2008 Std license?

    Yes CRM requires you to purchase SQL Server Licences in addition to CRM Licences, and also in accordance to the size and scale of Deployment, Such as Number of CPU cores used by SQL  etc
