How to automatically collect campaign response?

Hi Experts,

I am doing a Campaign regrading to multiple contacts. The channel is email. So I have to follow every replies by the contacts, in Outlook, to decide whether each contact wants to join the meeting.

And then I go to Campaign Response to input the contact's answer in Response Code filed.

This is basically what I do now.

I want to know is there better way to do this? Anyway to automatically input the contact's answer to Campaign Response Code.

Hi Hao Wu,

So, the prospect will reply you through email you sent from Campaign Activity?

If yes, then if you want to something automatically, you need to build plugin to read the Email and then convert it to Campaign Response Code.

If the email is in good format in template, it should be easier.

Hi,

You can automate capturing of campaign response either using marketing addons like (Clickdimensions) or you can do custom development as suggested by Aileen, for email matching and capture response based on set of parameters like email token, you can also sending some hide parameter in email body so that you can also read it as a parameter in email plugin.

Hi Aileen,

Now the reply will show on the Campaign Response. But the Campaign Response Code is empty. I want it automatically show Customers' decision.

The email template in CRM is simple, no such design model to sync Campaign Response Code with customer's decision.

What's the name of plugin? Do you have steps of how to use plugin and convert it to Response Code.
