Does any one know how we can export user profile per user account (maybe xml file?) and import it to production environment?
Or do we have to ask developer to handle (programming) for only one time process?
During UAT and training, my client asked me that "you are instructing us to add/hide fields or column position by personalise function. Do we have to do it again when system GoLive?"
As I know, profile (Role) can customised by default feature (add hidden default fields or hide unnecessary column per profile) and it can be exported (XML file) and import it to new environment. How about in case of each user account profile? The client leader said that each user has their own page (some one put same column on top while others move it to very end etc) They did not write down what changes they made by personalise feature in BC. At the time of system golive, if we are required to do that again, it will be very time consuming because we have to compare between UAT environment (Sandbox) and production environment manually. "
