Email Address to be included in Customer List

Good day,

I am looking at pulling some customer information and would like the email address to be included. If I filter I am seeing email as an 'available' field but if I try to personalize the field is not coming up. What am I not doing?

Card page you have by default, listing you wont have, you can add via Design but not Personalize..

You need to install the extension in Production environment. to achieve this.

Yes, that field is not available on the Customer List for addition; you can only add fields that are part of the page. If you want to add any field from the table, then you need to customize the role center, as @YUN ZHU mentioned, and depending on your BC version.

Use Design: search field and drag and drop it. save the extension.

Another way is using AL code. in customer list page you can add field from backend.

How to Add It:

To include Email in your list or report:

0.1 Click Settings → Personalize. and Select Add Fields.

If Email is not listed, it means the page doesn’t expose it. You would need a developer to modify the page (AL code) to add the Email field to the page layout.

You can add email field using design mode.
