Hi there,

Does anybody know if the on-premise solution of Zendesk's CRM add-on is available yet? A year ago they mentioned the ETA was 'coming soon' but I cant seem to find any additional info regarding this.

    Hi Rob,

    I did come across that article in my research but theres still no definitive answer to the release date. I contact them but havent received a reply.

    Since it is a Solution from Zendesk, I believe they should let you know about the release date, I will try to get some information for you if I can.
