Microsoft itself is providing the following language version of Dynamics NAV 2017 AT, AU, BE, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, IS, IT, NA, NL, NO, NZ, RU, SE, UK and W1 for the rest of the country as base version. Dynamics NAV partner can develop any specific language layer including functionality. I will leave it to the large Dynamics NAV community to answer if there is someone has developed an India layer for Dynamics NAV.
