Production order can't be completed in Production floor execution

Hi,

we are using production floor execution for reporting good quantity, and the scheduling is Job.

The route is as:

Operation 10 = Primary = Machine

Operation 10 = Secondary 1 = Work (human)

When we are reporting the quantity until we want to Complete the production order everything works ok.

But when I want to complete the order I receive the error: Production order XXXX, job ID XXXXX, operation 10, secondary 1, process has not been completed.

When i check the Job list, I see all jobs are in status Waiting. Researched but didn't find any good solution for this...maybe something wrong also in the route?

The setup in production order defaults:

I have the same question (0)

What route group this secondary operation is assigned to? Do you need to report any time or quantity against it? Looks like production job is there waiting to be started/finished on SFC.

    Hi,

both operations "Primary" and "Secondary 1" are assigned to the same route group:

Should I activate the run time in automatic route consumption?

    Thank you in advance!

You can try that but, in my experience, if the primary operation is complete all its secondary operations will also be complete. Can you confirm that the primary operation is complete?

Yes, you can turn Run time on for Automatic route consumption. This will turn consumption of the route.

Whatever I do, I can't complete the order:

If I setup up in the production order defaults:

    pastedimage1670577396716v3.png

Then when I book one quantity, the order disappear from PFE.

If I change the route group settings:

To enable automatic route consumption "run time", I also receive the mentioned error.

All production orders are Jobs scheduled. So I really don't get it, what I'm doing wrong.

If i use the standard process from all production orders and i set report as finished with end job,

then the status of the order changes and also the order is not visible anymore in the PFE.

But I would like to complete the order in PFE, so that it won't be visible anymore.

Any other hint where can I look?

    Thank you!

Well, you need to complete the primary operation. Are these set to post?

Can you complete primary job if there is no secondary job attached to it?

If there is no secondary job i can complete it normally.

I removed primary 1 from the route:

And it works like a charm.
