Bank Account Reconciliation Update

Hello,
 
There was an update to the bank account reconciliation and it seems not all of the activity is pulling through from prior periods. Despite clicking the /Suggest Lines/ button our bank account is showing a negative balance now because there are lots of missing lines. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    I did not have this issue but we had to adjust our previous statement ending balance on the first bank rec after the update.
