Hi BC Gurus,

I'm trying to figure out why the direct unit cost on resources are blank even when the resource card has a direct unit cost. Is there any way to recalculate this?

    Thank you for this.

I'm still confused as to why the direct cost would be $0 when we have the resource card filled in.

Could you assist in explaining this?

Can you show and example of how your resource card is filled in?

    Hi O3I ,

The principle here is you have no direct costs therefore there is $0 direct costs applied to the unit cost.

Would you like a free consult over teams? If so please message me here via this forrum and I' can jump on MS Teams and help you resolve this.

I hope this has answered you questions

    Thanks JC

first run the adjust cost item entries job, then check if the cost setting is filled out correctly on resource card. check the transaction if time has been captured correctly.
if you spend 1 hour but forget to fill in the time, BC will use zero.

    hope it helps

Does the adjust cost item entries also apply to previous transactions?

    Hello,

Looks like we are still looking for a resolution to this issue.

We ran the adjust cost item entries but appears it did not change anything.
