Regarding a SOP shortage

 Hi,

We all experience shortage and we edit it on SOP process.

For instance, if random customer ordered 5 cases of a product, but if we only have 4 cases,

we send 4 cases in our protocol without back order.

In the invoice, we edit 'Billed Qty' & 'Qty Fullfilled' and we would end up with 1 cases of 'Qty Canceled'.

My main question is, which table would keep record of the Qty Canceled data?

I searched but had no luck with it.

SEE30303 only keeps track of what went in or out.

    Did you look in the SOP10200? I do not have Dynamics on my iPad, but I am going for the SOP line table. I think the SOP30200 holds the history.

    Hello Leo,

    Leslie is mostly correct!

    The Quantity Canceled can be found in the SOP10200 and SOP30300 tables. The column you need is the QTYCANCE column.
