I want to unlink my certification from partner program from my last company. I don't have access on partner program so not able to unlink my MCP ID. Could you please suggest me on this issue.?

You can login to partnerprogram and disassociate with the previous company.

Thank you for your response. As I mentioned here that I don't have any access on partner program so that not able to disassociate my profile from previous company.
I think I need to contact Microsoft directly to disassociate my profile from previous company.
