Flexible Billings Schedule Billings Invoices

Dear Experts-

Hi.  I have a client that is need to schedule multiple billings to multiple account categories under Flexible Billings.  I'm only able to create 1 schedule per 1 account category.  When I create multiple schedules it creates multiple invoices.  I only want one invoice with all of the account categories.  Can you think of any work arounds?

Thanks!

Serena

Simplest solution would be to uncheck the "Auto Create Draft" checkbox on both Billings Schedules.  When you run the Scheduled Billings and Revenue Release process, it will create the billing line items (unbilled detail), which can then be pulled into the Invoice and Adjustment Maintenance screen manually (creating a new draft).

In the Invoice & Adjustment screen, enter the Project Nbr, enter an End Date, then click the "Display" button, which should pull those items into the grid.

Then you can Save the new draft.
