We have a business process flow on the case Entity. We change and update this process as we go, adding new steps and fields to meet our business requirements.

Today I found that it is nog longer possible to edit this BPF. When i open the editform, the "save", "save as", "deactivate" buttons are not responding. It is not possible to save or deactivate the BPF from the edit-form. When closing the edit-form i am greeted with the following error:

Am I missing something obvious? Are there any known issues like this one?

Good advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Tim,

I am utilizing Dynamics 365 online with a recent instance.   I am on version Version 1612 (8.2.0.729) (DB 8.2.0.720) online

    and this is working successfully.

The following lists a number of issues but I don't see one specifically with your challenge.

    www.microsoft.com/.../microsoft_Dynamics_CRM_2016_Readme.htm

I would suggest opening a case with Microsoft to see if there is a specific issue that has not yet been addressed.

    Thanks,
