workflow hierarchy purchase order

Hi,

I have a question regarding business central purchase order workflow, Is this possible to create workflow and setup approval users according to our requirement because i have a scenario in which i want to approve my purchase order from 3 tier level from requestor to line managers and line managers to last authority like CFO of the company and i have 3 to 4 teams in different cities and these teams have different line Managers and users but last authority is same for the respective teams that is my CFO . Is this possible in business central purchase order workflow, if yes then how we will customized it in business central?

Saqib,

If I follow you, you have a Workflow Group with 3 tiers from Requestor to CFO. Based on your City Team, each Team has a different Requestor, then Line Manager, then the CFO. You can create Workflow Groups that will flow based on the Requester specifically. I am attaching my handout on Workflow Groups and flow. In summary, you create 3-4 Workflows, for the Purchase Order, based on the Approval Group of the Requestor.
