Deb do have Integration Manager?  That is the easiest tool to use, if not, you can also use Copy/Paste from excel.  I have used this with limited success.

Depending on the complexity of the JE's and the variety, we have actually had a custom scripting system built for a client that allows them to - in excel - create there working papers, which create JEs and then this application pulls the completed JEs from the spreadsheets into GP GL.  Pretty nice tool.

Let me if you might be interested.

If you can create a single entry for all the distributions you can use the Excel paste feature of GP. If multiple entries are required check out this product from InfiniaTech

    Hi,

All of the other ideas are correct, but I'm going to throw a curve ball. You can use the ADP import to import any journal entry so long as it is formatted correctly. The source needs to be a .csv file where each field is included in quotes. There are 10 fields in the source file, even though many of them are not used, they still need to exist. So, if you can format it correctly, you can import any JE.  The following explains what a JE needs to look like in order to use the ADP import to get it into the JE entry screen:

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
