Migrating from D365 Business Central On-premise to D365 BC Online

Hello Community Buddies,

I had a question regarding the upgrade

When we run the assisted setup Cloud Migration tool on D365 BC on-premise to migrate data to Online, it prompts us for D365 BC Online credentials and once logged in it opens D365 BC online (Production environment) and opens up Data Migration setup tool

I wish to migrate my data on D365 BC Online (Sandbox ) then move it to Production once all tests are completed.

Is there any setup where we can enter the path to open the sandbox first rather than the Production?

Please suggest.

    Normally you should run the Cloud Migration Setup assisted setup wizard in your Business Central online tenant (so, sandbox environment as per you needs) and then connect to your on-premise environment from there.
