Email Address from Customer Card

When we Send from a Posted Invoice, we want the email address that fills in automatically to be the email address from the customer card, not the email address from the contact on the document.
Is there a setup to do this, to just say use Customer email address always? It shows here in the Suggested Emails. Is there a setup to show which "entity" it defaults in?

take a look at the document layout on the customer card, it might be filled out with a different email, which overrides the customer email

As you noticed, by default it will take the contact email from the contact on the document, but you can overwrite this by creating an entry in the Documents Layout Page for the specified customer. If you do that, the system will always take the email address specified in the Document Layouts Page.
