Need guidance of Dynamics 365 features for selling Computer hardware and equipment

I am working as a Dynamics 365 resource for a company which sells Computer hardware and equipment of their own and products from other companies. What features/integrated tools of dynamics 365 can be helpful to grow selling of such products? Please suggest

    Hi There,

    You can very well utilize the sales process/module of dynamics crm.

    You are create products and their properties, apply discounts , create packaged products and then those can be added to customer's quote etc. I dont think you would need any other tool to be integrated - the dynamics crm will serve the purpose very well.

    Yes but any other tools apart from outofbox CRM for e.g. Socia media etc ? which can be though of to get more customers details.

    Yes,

    That is also out of the box available , it is known as Social Engagement.

    Yes this is outofbox and suggestion on Addon Tool which can give profits to B2B Sales or any suggestion on customized product.
