How to edit existing document template?

Hi,

I have created a Word document template an uploaded into CRM 2016 Online. It is working well, but now I have to change something within the document. So I tried to download the template itself, but I cannot find any possibility to do it? Please advise how to download the existing template to edit and upload back it after editing. I do not want to create the whole document again.

Hi Szablocs,

I could not find a way of editing an uploaded template. You need to keep the original template in a safe place or you can write some code to download the templates. There is some sample code on my blog post
