We facing a problem with Date while import data into the system. When the Date for example is 12/21/2019 in the data import template, this get change after import to 12/20/2019. We did a further test to this a requested them to change their Time Zone to a different one. The date that was import into system was the date on the template. The client is in Central Standard Time and the changed time zone was Arabic Standard Time.

Is this an OnPrem environement. If this is an OnPrem environment, you may have a look at date settings on the server and the settings defined in the customsettings.config file.
