Open Account Schedules → Look for “TRIAL BALANCE.” If missing, create a new Account Schedule.
Add Rows (example):
10 → 10000..19999 → Assets
10000..19999
20 → 20000..29999 → Liabilities
20000..29999
30 → 30000..39999 → Equity
30000..39999
40 → 40000..49999 → Income
40000..49999
50 → 50000..59999 → Expenses (Row Type = Net Change or Balance)
50000..59999
Verify Column Layout → Ensure it has Net Change or Balance at Date column and assign it to the schedule.
Assign to Role Center Chart →
Open Role Center → Click Trial Balance > Show Chart Setup
Select your Account Schedule & Column Layout
Refresh Role Center → Chart should now display correctly.
