To remove sharing of a former employee's dashboard

Hi,

An ex-employee's shared dashboard is with me but I don't need it anymore. Though I have system admin access, I am unable to remove the sharing. The ex-employee's credentials are not active. I am not a technical person. Is there any way to remove the dashboard from my view?

You might be able to do this by reassigning the employee records:

You can go to the User account of the employee that is no longer active (under Disabled Users). Open the User record, and in the command bar, click Reassign Records.

You can reassign records that are owned by the employee to yourself or to another employee.

Note that this will reassign all employee owned records.

    Try it out...
