SSRS Report selection wiped out by system automatically

Dear Experts,

Have anyone noticed this issue and do you know what can cause this problem?

We are on 10.0.31 PU 55. 

No quality update or custom code applied on environment. I have raised ticket with MSFT but they are not able to investigate. 

Business Impact : Users do not remember their selections and we need to configure all selection from scratch.

    Hi YOG, User selections in SSRS report dialogs are saved in Usage Data. Has anyone cleared usage data for all users?
