Hi,
I am trying to deploy Financial Service Accelerator but it keep failing. The log said An error occurred loading a configuration file: Access to the path 'C:\Users\~\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\PackageDeployer\Default_PackageDeployer.exe.config' is denied.
I tried deleting the PackageDployer folder but keep getting same error.
Any idea how to fix the issue?

As per the error i believe it is a permission issue.
Please try to download the tool using this link: docs.microsoft.com/.../download-tools-nuget and start installation and let us know.
