I recently noticed that a client had a user listed as an Active User in the Office 365 Admin Portal but the same user had been disabled in CRM. When I brought this to their attention, they said the "Disabled Users Consuming Licenses" System View listed no users.
Upon further investigation, here's what I found in the Advanced Find query for that system view:
Curious, I went to this view in my own CRM, same error message.
What changes can I make to this View to get the list of disabled users consuming a license?

No, this issue has not been fixed yet.
Hi,
was this issue resolved by Microsoft for you?
I am experiencing exactly the same issue in CRM Online 2016.
Karth - Thank you for taking a look. However, the thread you suggested has nothing to do with my issue. My issue is that a query in a System View (Disabled Users Consuming a License) has an error in it. The field being used in the query "islicensed" is no longer valid. The result is that no users will be listed in this view because the View is not properly set up. Since it's a System View, part of the managed solution, Microsoft needs to fix this.
