How to make flyout button on ribbon button and trigger different actions on each?

In above screenshot i am added a flyout button after thet when click on button it opens a box in which drag controls here is written.
How can i work on flyout button?

In which button i have to add command like for flyout button or in menu section button?
In above screenshot you can see that button will show No Action Available. What can i do?
Flyout button itself will not have any action/command. You need to add a new button under menu section.
Flyout Button -> Menu Section - Button (Action - Assign command to this button.)
