Hi,

we have a custom entity that we call Client Visit Report , in that form we would like to have a filed to insert some of contacts who attended that meeting(it is like adding Attendees in appointments entity), what is the best way to achieve that?

attendees should be able to  add or remove from Client Visit Report without having them deleted from contacts.

Are you using a standard entity or activity type entity for your custom entity ?? if you are using custom activity type entity then you can re use partylist fields that comes out of the box with activity type entity and can use it for your requirement.

Apart from that you can have your html web resource where you can create mutli select option set and in background you can store selected contacts in crm field.

    Hi,

You may create a N:N relationship between Client Visit Report & Contact entity. Now add the subgrid on Client Visit Form. You can add/remove contacts from this sub-grid as needed. Removing contacts from this grid will not delete the contact from the system.

    Hi Saeideh,

You can also achieve this by placing a grid(n:n relation of contact and custom entity) on your custom entity form.

This will give you the feasibility to add/remove contact  at any time.

    Hope this helps! :)

    Thanks
