Automate installation of Dev Extension

Hi,

Our team is developing AppSource AL extension for Business Central. Application is packaged in CI using https://github.com/microsoft/navcontainerhelper.

We are looking for ways to publish .app package to Business Central Cloud Sandbox from CI. For now we found two ways for that with their own cons:

  1. Install into docker container. We were able to automate this step. But it doesn't allow us to QA features of the applications specific to cloud version of BC.
  2. Install using VS Code AL extension. We able to install app to Cloud Sandbox, but application is repackaged as part of Launch configuration meaning we would be testing package different from one we release, no easy way to automate and integrate into CI.
