Hi,

Is it possible to send an email to the Vendor when the User submits a Purchase order to the Vendor collaboration portal?

Is it out of the box feature or needs to be customized?

    Hello dynamics365fo,

    No feature to email vendor when submitting the PO to vendor.

    "If you want to draw the vendor's attention to a new PO, you can also use the Print management system to send the PO by email." The official document suggests this way. docs.microsoft.com/.../vendor-collaboration-work-external-vendors

    You can also create an idea: experience.dynamics.com/.../
