Filter on views and view customizing button not showing

Dear all

I have two dynamics instances on Serverversion: 9.2.21112.00125 Clientversion: 1.4.3468-2111.2.

In one of them the filter and view customization button on main views is visible.

However, on the other one, the features are missing:

This goes for all entities.

I couldn't find any option to enable/disable this and I was wondering if anyone of you has any idea on that?

    Hi Sascha,

    I think only Microsoft could fix that. This part of the view is not configurable.

    thanks for your swift reply.

    As far as I can see, the wave 2 release is enabled. I cant share the screenshot here, but it say 2021 release Wave 2: On in PowerApps Admin center. Is there any other way to check this or would you suggest to open a support ticket?

    Hi,

    This feature is introduced in the Wave 2 2021 release. Can you confirm that this release is enabled on the second environment ?

    If this is the case, I would recommend contacting Microsoft support to resolve the issue.
