Drop ship - only one posted sales shipment

Hello all,
normally when we posted the sales order, we get 2 sales shipments but, on this occasion, we only generated one – what might be the cause of that and can we regenerate the missing shipment?

    What does that mean? You posted the Shipment twice? But only one was generated?

    Hello,
    ok thanks solved it with more complete information. Apparently the second posting is a GL journal line that was missed.

    it's great that you figured this out. Normally, user could post multiple shipments as needed. e.g. user sell 10 and post 5, and 5 in 2 shipments. BC default to 10 so only 1 shipment will be posted as needed.
