Hi!

We are planning to implement many companies in one BC on-premise instance, these companies do not have similar business models nor financial dimensions. For example, one company is a hotel service business, other company is a retail and other is a real state business, but all with the same owner, it is not required to consolidate financial reports; just one company with their own financial reports.

Is there any inconvenient?, what type of data are shared across all companies that can affect the implementation?

It is doable. You just need to remember that they will be sharing the customization. Any development, such as pages, reports will be applied to all companies.
